"But there’s substance to go with the style. Aside from the pointless slices of tasteless black truffle topping chicken shui mai, the dumplings are hard to fault. Steamed crab with surprisingly subtle bursting balsamic pearls, and the glazed, flaky-pastry perfection of a portion of rectangular short-rib puffs, are the highlights." READ REVIEW
