Swingers brings crazy golf, Pizza Pilgrims and Patty & Bun together

Swingers brings crazy golf, Pizza Pilgrims and Patty & Bun together

We've already had boozy/foodie ping pong, so it's time for the next (slightly more sedate) craze - crazy golf. September sees the opening of Swingers, which is taking over a warehouse in East London.

What you need to know about swingers

It's a 9 hole affair, and the concept they're going for is "‘Great Gatsby’ meets ‘The Legend of Bagger Vance’".

Rather than ending in, things start in the clubhouse. There's a 1920s styled clubhouse serving cocktails - the Royal Shoreditch Clubhouse which is being billed as "Shoreditch's only golf bar."

Pizza Pilgrims are taking up residency for three months. They'll be taking over the street food diner offering all the pizzas that have proven popular from the vans and restaurants including Marinara (San Marzano Tomato, Garlic, Oregano and Nduja Spicy Sausage) and San Marzano (Tomato, Parmesan, Fior di Latte, Nduja spicy sausage and Basil).

Patty & Bun will be the first to do a guest residency for the first three weeks. So if you haven't made it down to theirs to try an Ari Gold ( Organic Beef patty, Cheese, Lettuce, Tomato, Pickled onions, Ketchup, homemade Smokey P&B mayo, Brioche) this will be your opportunity to try what is a favourite burger for many.

And there will be more guest residencies to come. These include Butchies, When Mac Met Cheese and Hix Fishdogs.

How much is it? A round of golf and entry - £10 per person (online), Ground pass - £3 per person (online).

Where is it? Factory 7, 7-11 Hearn St, London, EC2A 3LS (close to Shoreditch High Street station)

And when does it open? 25 September.

You'll be able to book online from 4 September at www.swingersldn.co.uk
