Spuntino launch The Bourbon County Cocktail Trail on Sundays

spuntinobarIf you've ever found yourself at a loose end on a Sunday afternoon, turns out Russell Norman has designs on your free time. He's launching The Bourbon County Cocktail Trail, a series of Bourbon cocktail master classes at Spuntino.

Run by Spuntino's head barman, Benny Locke, the classes will see Benny sharing the secrets of how to make the perfect cocktail. Bourbon lovers will learn how to create three cocktails, from a classic Old Fashioned, to the Sazerac or perhaps the Old Pal.

Each class costs £20 per person, and will include a Swiss cheese, chipotle and jalapeno burger with fries on the side, along with a cocktail.

Stay on after the class and for another tenner you can try a tasting flight of three whiskies – Four Roses Yellow Label, Eagle Rare 10 year and WL Weller Bourbon.

The Bourbon County Cocktail Trail kicks off on 7 September 2014 and will take place every Sunday afternoon from 12pm at Spuntino. To get a place email events@polpo.co.uk
