As part of its Project Ocean season to promote sustainable fishing, Selfridges has persuaded a frankly stellar line-up of top chefs to put on seafood demonstrations at its Oxford Street Store over the coming month.
Every Thursday, names such as Fergus Henderson, Bruno Loubet, Jason Atherton and Angela Hartnett will put on free cookery demonstrations in Selfridges' Food Hall. If you don't manage to squeeze your way to the tasting zone at the front of the crowd for the workshops, never fear, you can always fill up with a mackerel bap at The Happy Catch fish and chip van which will be outside Selfridges for the duration of Project Ocean.
