You can always rely on Lyle’s in Shoreditch to have the most in-season ingredients. They’ve got a dish of Grilled Cuttlefish, Cured Pork and Ramson on offer right now.
At Morito in Hackney, you could be lucky to find these wild garlic croquetas on the menu.
