Holborn workers will get an interesting new place to lunch this Spring when dindin kitchen opens up on the Grays Inn Road. The casual spot aims to introduce midtown folk to the joys of Persian cuisine.
Offering takeaway as well as room to sit down, the menu here sounds pretty healthy with a range of grilled flatbread wraps with salad and sauce options. There'll also be soups, savoury soufflés, rice dishes and fresh salads.
Breakfasts will feature baked eggs and breakfast wraps while sweet-toothed punters might want to try the Persian Granita topped with morello cherries, citrus juice and rose water later in the day.
