You may have enjoyed his cocktails at Hawksmoor or lost an evening or two trying his concoctions at his present home in the bar at Hix Soho, now top mixologist Nick Strangeway is teaming up with the equally eminent Tony Conigliaro to offer Londoners the chance to learn the pair's cocktail-making secrets.
Nick and Tony will be co-hosting a summer cocktails masterclass at Tony's compact and bijoux cocktail lounge 69 Colebrooke Row in Islington on Saturday 27 February between 1 and 5pm. For just £15 you'll be mixing a range of drinks using Merlet Fruit Liqueurs, including The King Ginger Liqueur that was invented back in 1903 for Edward VII.
