The Craft Guild of Chefs may be an industry guild, but it's always interesting to see who other chefs rate in their profession. The guild, which sees over 1500 chefs and restaurant workers vote in the majority of categories, has just announced its shortlists for their 2012 awards and London restaurants have done pretty well.
