As Pride Month draws to a close and London gears up for its Pride Parade on 1 July we've picked out a few drinks and dishes you can order to celebrate (and raise money for LGBTQ+ charities in the bargain) as well as some events taking place on the day itself.
Disco truffles at Mildreds
Across London
Vegan restaurant Mildreds is raising money for LGBTQ+ charity, Diversity Role Models for Pride. They've got their pastry chefs to come up with these rather lovely looking ‘Disco Truffles’. They're £5 for a portion, filled with chocolate cake and ganache, coated in chocolate, and dusted with glitter. The best bit is 100% of the profits from the truffle sales go to the charity.

Pasta and drag bingo at Pastaio

Join Pastaio's Pride party with a pasta and Prosecco party followed by an afternoon of drag bingo hosted by drag legend Carrot. The restaurant's also given their tiramisù a proud glow-up for the occasion transforming it into a golden tiramisù and they'll be donating a percentage of the proceeds from the event to The London LGBTQ+ Community Centre. Tickets are £45.

Rainbow doughnuts at Donutelier

Sweet-toothed supporters of Pride should head to newish bakery Donutelier which has come up with a range of Pride-inspired treats for Pride Month. There are two doughnut specials - a Rainbow Coconut and Pistachio Pride - along with rainbow sable biscuits to grab and go.

Pride afterparty at The Piano Works

If you're still fizzing with energy following the parade, Mint Events are hosting the mother of all after-parties just around the corner from the Leicester Square stage. The Piano Works aims to be the "vibrant epicentre of Sapphic activity this Pride". There'll be two dance rooms, 10 DJS and a live PA performance. They've also got one booth reserved for solo partygoers to make new friends this Pride.

The Pride triple rainbow cake at The Hummingbird Bakery
South Kensington, Spitalfields, Notting Hill, Victoria and St John’s Wood.
For a cake that couldn't be any more rainbow-coloured if it tried, you need to go to The Hummingbird Bakery which has a range of cakes that are perfect for Pride celebrations. This multi-layered cake is £50 or you can opt for Pride frosted brownies or the bakery's rainbow cupcake decorating kits which are great for kids of all ages.

Takeaway cocktails and fundraising at Mr Fogg’s Pawnbrokers

Look out for takeaway cocktails from the windows at Mr Fogg's on Dean Street this Pride weekend with specials including a Sparkles of Royalty, and a Gilded Rum Refresher. The bar will also be fundraising in support of Stonewall, adding a discretionary £1 to every bill with the total money raised matched by the founder of Mr Fogg’s.

Scandal Symbol cocktails at Scarfe's Bar

For Pride Month the Scarfes Bar at Rosewood London has partnered with the ‘Just Like Us’ charity to raise funds for young people of the community. They've got this gorgeous looking Scandal Symbol cocktail on, garnished with the Pride flag and will encourage anyone ordering one to add £1 to their bill to raise funds for the charity.

Pride party and pop-up bar at Nessa

To celebrate Pride In London's 2023 parade Nessa will get the party started with ‘shot queens’ on hand throughout the day to serve drinks and a special Give Me Love cocktail on offer. If you're passing by in Soho there will be a street-facing pop up bar too.
