One of (OK, maybe the only) good thing about January is the arrival of neon-pink, forced rhubarb on London restaurant menus. Here are some of the dishes currently using rhubarb right now.

 

The savoury option

Chef Robbin Holm at Jamie's Fifteen mixes sweet white crab with rhubarb for this incredibly pretty dish.

As if forced rhubarb isn't pink enough, Jesse Dunford Wood of The Parlour Kensal Rise adds rose petals to this pretty dessert.

Chef Calum Franklin is always breaking Instagram with his pastry creations. And now he's turning his attention to rhubarb variations.

Where are our sunnies? Andrew Cole at The Bingham in Richmond has dialled up the colour with this rhubarb dessert.

Chez Bruce, down in Wandsworth, pairs the rhubarb with a yoghurt parfait so you don't end up rolling out of the door after your meal here.
