London's love affairs with smash burgers continues with the arrival next month of a new burger spot in central London. SMSH BN (you'll see from the lack of vowels that it comes from chef Mark Morrans who was formerly at MNKY HSE) takes the burger into a more luxe strata with its wagyu offering.
Highlights on the menu will be the Wagyu Cheese SMSH BN - that's double Wagyu patties, potato bun, secret sauce, pickled cucumber, pickled jalapenos, grilled onions, crispy shallots, and American cheese. They're also going big on the vegan offering too.
Unlike other smash burger places, this Charing Cross Road operation will be open for breakfast too with morning iterations including a Breakfast Smash muffin and SMSH'd croissants. They're serving up milkshakes too with a Black Cherry flavour, in addition to the usual options, that definitely sounds worth a try.
